We are looking for a full time receptionist to fill our administration team at our Kenderdine Dental office. Kenderdine Dental & Willowgrove Dental work closely together daily and there is always a possibility of cross over in this position.

**We are offering**: Full time hours, including one evening per week and rotational Saturdays September-June (typically one every 4-6 weeks). Competitive wages based on experience, dental and health benefits package for yourself and family (if needed). Uniform allowance, free parking, on the job training provided.

**We are looking for**: Previous Dental or Medical office experience. We use Maxident software. Must be able to work independently and as a team as this position is in a fast-paced environment with a large team of administrators. Must speak fluent English. Must be great with people and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone who can be an asset to our team and is looking for long-term employment.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**: Acknowledging patients when they enter the office, answering phones, booking appointments, taking patient information, having proper forms filled out, dropping bank deposits, working both as a team and individually, processing payments and insurance claims, data entry, recall reminders, treatment planning, insurance estimates, basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
