**Summary**:

- Oversee daily office operations and reception staff
- Assist with and support business operations in both areas of the residence
- Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Support General Manager in their absence

**Human Resources**:

- Lead HR functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and respect

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR principles and working with collective agreements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in payroll, accounts payable/receivable
