**Snowcat Operator - Winter 2025 Season**

**Job Type**: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
**Shifts**: Primarily Night Shifts | Some Day Shifts Available

Blackcomb Snowmobile is a **family-owned and operated adventure company with over 30 years of experience** delivering high-quality backcountry experiences in Whistler. We are currently seeking experienced **Snowcat Operators** to join our operations team for the upcoming winter season.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate snowcats to groom and maintain an extensive network of snowmobile and dog sled trails
- Ensure consistent trail quality and safe conditions for guests and staff
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Work independently and communicate with operations team regarding grooming priorities and conditions
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere to company safety procedures

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years of experience** operating snowcats in a commercial or trail maintenance setting
- Comfortable working independently, especially during night shifts
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail
- Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
