**Job Overview**
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Wood Finishing Technician to join a leading furniture manufacturer in Markham.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sand and prepare wood surfaces for finishing, ensuring smoothness and quality.
- Assist with furniture assembly, including fitting and securing components.
- Match colors to meet custom design specifications with precision.
- Keep your workspace clean and safe, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Work with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in woodworking, furniture finishing, or related tasks (e.g., sanding, staining, or assembly).
- Basic knowledge of wood finishing techniques (e.g., staining, sealing, or top coating).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a production team.
- Physical stamina to lift and handle furniture pieces (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid G driver’s license is a plus (not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn on the job.
