Vaughan, Canada Vaughan Counselling and Psychotherapy Full time

Vaughan Counselling and Psychotherapy is a diverse multi-disciplinary clinic with nearly 40 practitioners, including Naturopath, Psychotherapists and Social Workers. We are looking for an in-person Clinical Administrator that can multi-task, have attention to detail and can support our therapists and clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Handle and resolve problems that arise
- Entering data in computer (for example: tracking inquiries, follow-ups, consultations booked, various notes)
- Support practitioners with administrative duties
- Schedule consultations, appointments with appropriate practitioner
- Communicate effectively with clients and practitioners using various platforms
- Process client payments, using Jane system or direct billing portals
- Work collaboratively with other admins to support the clinic as a whole
- Participate in monthly team meetings and bi-monthly admin meetings (note taking may be required)

Qualifications:

- Front-facing reception, sales, or server experience required
- At least 2 years experience in admin and/or customer service experience
- Experience with Jane booking system is an asset
- Able to multi-task, willingness to learn, mature, confident, friendly and critical thinking are essential to the role
- Masters or Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology or any related field

Hours for this position are:
Sundays 12-5, with possible weekday evenings (additional flexibility in schedule is ideal, to help cover absences)

This position is an independent contractor position and reports to Office Manager and to Clinic Director.

Training will be provided.

PRE-SCREENING TESTS MUST BE COMPLETED (2 embedded in job description)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
