**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on apartment buildings in London, Aylmer and Tillsonburg
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Supervise and coordinate work of contractors when necessary

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Drywall repair
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
