Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepared
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar food service establishment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used for food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and commitment to food safety will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Join our team today

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
