**About Us**

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit
- Basic mathematics understanding including fractions and decimals
- Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Cutting and shaping custom foam projects to clients exact measurements
- Providing excellent customer service to potential and current customers
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise
- Ask open ended questions about customer's projects in order to determine their needs
- Demonstrating collaborative and positive attitude with your fellow team members

**Additional Information**:

Sales associates start at **$17.00 /h** and can earn up to **$19.00/h** by advancing their skill-sets. Starting wage also depends on the experience you offer.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
