**Summary Job Description**

Reporting to the store manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting the latter in carrying out tasks such as: store administrative management, sales objectives, customer service, product marketing, supervision, and internal training. A true ambassador of the company, they will be required to welcome, advise, and build loyalty with demanding clientele.

- Supervise, motivates, and leads employees.
- Actively participate in employee recruitment and ongoing training.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers.

- Optimize sales and profitability.
- Participate in determining and communicating sales goals for employees.;
- Plan and manage store operations.
- Ensure store openings and closings.
- Implement company procedures and policies.
- Implement workplace safety programs.
- Validate sales reports.
- Carry out product promotion and visual merchandising.

- Ensure regular maintenance of the store.
- Support the creation and validation of work schedules and timesheets.
- Control inventory and place product orders.
- Communicate with the Administrative Center when required.
- Any other related tasks.

**Required qualifications**
- Hold a High School Diploma.
- Hold a college or vocational diploma or equivalent (asset).
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (asset).
- Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent.
- Be available to work during the day, evening, and weekends.
