**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional customer service.
- Determine layout and installation procedures.
- Measure and mark guidelines for installations.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
- Work safely at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
- Install sheet metal flashings and various exterior siding materials, including wood products.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages; attach rigging.
- Measure and cut insulating materials to required shapes and dimensions.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in construction or exterior siding installation.
- **Certificates and Training**:

- A trade certificate is a strong asset.
- Aerial Lift and Aerial Work Platform Certification is a strong asset.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate is a strong asset.
- Fall Arrest Protection Training Course is a strong asset.
- **Equipment Experience**:

- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Experience in metal cutting
- **Specializations**:

- Decks
- Siding installation

**Requirements**:

- **Transportation**:

- Own vehicle required for travel to various job sites.
- Valid driver's licence
- **Physical Capabilities**:

- Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs)
- Physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime when required
