Commercial Tradesmen

Experienced Commercial Maintenance Person.

Fast expanding company is looking to hire a Handy Man to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the day, in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are reliable, hardworking, and are able to travel. Occasional evening and weekend shifts. (Approximately once a month).

This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually.

**Duties could include**:

- Commercial Painting.
- Small washroom or kitchenette renos.
- Drywall Repair.
- General Building Maintenance and repairs.
- Vinyl tile repairs and replacement.
- Ceramic tile replacement.

**Requirements**:

- Must have own tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have access to a vehicle
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

**Schedule may vary**

Willing to travel across Ottawa and surrounding regions.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour.
