**What you will do**:

- Build strong working relationships with employees and managers;
- Support managers and employees in all HR functions/activities (employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, competency development, training, etc.);
- Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyse the data, identify potential opportunities and roll out action plans accordingly;
- Perform some admin tasks such as drafting contracts, running reports, drafting translating and sending various communications, manage leaves, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Effectively managing situations/conflicts, working closely with managers to ensure employee relations issues are handled professionally and timely and to minimize risks to the business
- Being the advisor or coach in difficult situations to guide the managers on how to solve the situation
- Team player, relationship builder and collaborator.
- CRHA designation (an asset).
- Performing other duties as required

**What you'll need to get the job done**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly curious to dig deep with issues.
- Thorough understanding of Canadian employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Passion for promoting a positive employee experience and contributing to a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
