Our couriers pick up packages from our Richmond warehouse around 6 PM each evening. Couriers will be responsible for delivering packages within specific areas and must complete deliveries within 24 hours. Payment is based on the number of packages delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up packages for specific areas from the Richmond warehouse around 6 PM.
- Deliver all packages within a designated area within 24 hours.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions from customers.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the logistics coordinator.

**Qualifications**:

- Drivers must use their own vehicles for deliveries.
- Drivers are responsible for their own fuel costs.
- Drivers must use a smartphone with internet connectivity.
- New drivers will have a one-week trial period, during which they will be paid according to standard rates.
- Upon formal employment, the company will provide necessary equipment such as a UV-vest with logo, gloves, and pens.

**Work Environment and Conditions**:

- Our Richmond warehouse has ample parking and well-equipped facilities for easy package pick-up.
- Different areas will have different unit package prices; the average price will be 1.5.
- There are an average of 100 packages daily.
- For houses, you only need to leave the package in front of the door. For apartments, you need to leave it inside the building. No signature is required.
- Packages are all below 6kg.
