- Project management experience in a matrix environment including external partners. Bonus: Experience with government agencies
- Experience gathering information for multiple sources, documenting scope, objectives, creating and managing timelines, and driving multiple stakeholders to consensus
- Strong communications skills with natural ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise-scale projects, including extensive experience with SaaS implementations; strong vendor management within a SaaS environment
- Experience within insurance and / or business transformation projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field
- Related industry certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile certification, Change Management certification, MBA)

**Once here, you'll**:

- Collaborate with senior leaders to define future state processes and business requirements while evaluating priorities and ensuring alignment with Westland’s business strategy.
- Bring stakeholders from diverse teams to understand business requirements and identify possible solutions; obtain key inputs from other project teams to identify interdependencies and impacts
- Be responsible for overall end to end delivery of assigned project(s); develop and execute comprehensive implementation and transition to operations plans
- Proactively identify impacts on other projects and programs, with an eye for mitigating resource constraints, customer impacts, and technology conflicts
- Utilizes project management processes, tools and templates that align with Westland standards and practices
