**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of matcha beverages with precision and care.
- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products served.
- Comfortable performing mobile/on-site services as needed, such as events or catering setups.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
