**Securities Partner - Opportunity in established Vancouver Business Law Firm**

**Koffman Kalef LLP** is looking to grow its securities practice and is seeking an experienced **Securities Lawyer**to join our Securities Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer with a full or partial practice to integrate into a dynamic, client-focused environment with opportunities for continued growth.

**About the Role**:

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 12+ years of experience in securities law and corporate/commercial matters, including experience in the mining sector
- An existing full or partial practice with an established client base and a desire to expand
- Expertise in:
- Public and private financings
- Continuous disclosure and securities regulatory compliance
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Stock exchange listings and related regulatory requirements
- Corporate finance and general corporate transactions
- A leadership mindset, with experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice group
- Exceptional client service, interpersonal skills, and business judgment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
