**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining customer relationships.
- Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain an organized approach to tracking leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate with clients and provide updates on vehicle availability or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and tools related to the automotive industry is desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
