We are looking to add Minute Takers to our growing team of freelancers on an ongoing basis throughout Canada. If you are located in a Canadian province or territory, we would love to hear from you

**What will you do?**

Attend scheduled meetings in person or virtually and take thorough board meeting minutes on your personal laptop. We have meetings all over the GTA and offer the option for completely remote work, so you don’t have to worry about a long commute

The starting rate after training is $90 per in-person meeting (and $80 per virtual meeting), which covers meetings up to two hours long. Earn an additional $12 for every 30 minutes for meetings that go beyond two hours, along with other bonuses as applicable. You will be able to work as many meetings as you'd like throughout the day, with a preference for evening availability.

**What do you need?**
- One year of writing or minute-taking experience in a professional setting is an asset
- Strong writing and proofreading skills that are showcased in the MT Challenge
- Some daytime and/or evening availability for at least two or three days each week (Monday to Thursday)
- Laptop and ability to attend meetings in person (in the GTA) or virtually (Canada-wide)
- Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Condo board or other board experience an asset
- Preference for bilingualism (English and French), but not mandatory
