We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Carpenter who is looking to grow with our team and do a lot of good **BuildAble - Accessible Design & Renovations** specializes an exceptional quality, award-winning designs & renovations that make a huge difference in our client’s day to day lives.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
- Some heavy lifting required
- Experience with use of small tools/equipment
- Must have CSA work boots
- A valid drivers licence - ++ punctual
- Professional in appearance and demeanour
- **Must have strong willingness to learn, eager to jump in where needed, and great attention to detail**.

**I'm in, but what will my days will look like??**
- Monday - Friday. Usually start on site or material pick up at the shop. We stay in touch by using Teams (memes/gifs may be involved) : )
- We have Leads & apprentices in the field. As an apprentice, you will undertake all aspects of a project under the supervision of our lead carpenter: from demo to finishing.
- Picking up materials, staying organized on-site and preparing for the next day.
- And absolutely taking pride in your work - we don't cut corners. If we don't know something, we figure it out TOGETHER. We have a team in the office ready to support at all times.

As we assist many clients with physical disabilities, those with mobility-limiting illnesses (such as ALS or MS), or clients returning home after catastrophic Motor Vehicle Accidents; we require a Police Record Check - Vulnerable Sectors, upon hire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
