**About Us**

1Step 2Steps Childcare is a warm, inclusive, and play-based early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing young minds in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate **Infant Toddler Educators (ECE/IT)** to join our team and provide high-quality care for children under three years old.

**Responsibilities**

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers.
  • Observe and document children’s progress and communicate with families.
  • Follow BC Child Care Licensing regulations and center policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Provide diapering, feeding, and other caregiving routines with sensitivity and care.

**Qualifications**

  • **Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Infant/Toddler (IT) Certification** from BC.
  • **Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.**
  • **Clear Criminal Record Check.**
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
