We are currently looking for a Stock Associate
**Role Responsibility**
The Stock Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and work closely with the Assistant Manager and Keyholder. They participate in all day-to-day operations while adhering to all company policies and represent the Madden Way values. Supporting the sales team by keeping team members aware of stock availability and arrivals of new product as well as maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
The Stock Associate is responsible for product movement in/out of store, confirming receipt of merchandise and occasional sales associate duties when available. Performance is evaluated by their stock receiving/ shipping accuracy and time-management and efficiency. The Stock Associate also supports the store through visual changes and shared housekeeping including cleaning the stockroom and bathroom, vacuuming and returning product to inventory.

Flexibility to work mostly days and occasional evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business

Able to lift boxes maximum weight of 50 pounds
Able to safely use a ladder, maximum height of 10 ft.
Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes
**Compensation**
Structure includes hourly pay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
