**French Elementary Teacher/Tutor: Permanent Part Time**:
**FRENCH ELEMENTARY TEACHER/TUTOR**:PART-TIME IN-PERSON**:
**Oxford Learning Pickering** is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable French teacher who enjoys working with students in Grades 1-8 French Immersion. Teachers in our Destination Français Program offer individualized instruction, guidance and support to students to improve their French academic skills (oral communication & comprehension, reading, writing and grammar), thinking skills, learning strategies, and study habits. This opportunity offers 6-12 hours of rewarding teaching experience per week. Excellent training, teaching material and ongoing support are provided.
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Excellent French oral & written communication skills
- Organization skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to motivate students and build their confidence
- Variety of flexible teaching strategies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
