**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform bodywork including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as welders, sanders, and paint sprayers.
- Ensure that all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as repair manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in an automotive repair environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is a plus but not required.
