What you will do...
- Underwrite renewals and endorsements within the farm portfolio according to established underwriting guidelines.
- Develop appropriate solutions for moderately complex underwriting problems
- Respond to broker requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Negotiation of policy terms.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

What you will bring...
- 2-3 years underwriting experience, farm preferred but not required.
- CIP designation or actively pursuing.
- Strong decision making skills and ability to bring creativity to underwriting risks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Post-Secondary education in a related field.
