We’re looking for a **Receptionist **to join our team at the **Quebec City Branch** during your studies

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls from across Canada and transfer them to the appropriate branches and individuals;
- Take messages when the person concerned is not available;
- Sort mail and distribute it to the right people;
- Scan documents and include them in the electronic inventory;
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming;
- Ensure that all visitors are answered promptly;
- Perform other administrative duties;
- Order necessary office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Available 3 days a week from 8am to 5pm.
- Bilingual both verbally and in writing, English and French;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
