Work alongside the Production Supervisor, Master Distillers & Master Blender throughout the production process of finished goods.

**Job Requirements**

3 - 5 years experience in production

Experience in distillation / brewing an asset

Relevant post-secondary education

Experience leading and working as a team, as well as working independently

Strong communication, analytical and time management skills

Proactive problem solver

Attention to detail

Flexibility with schedule and shift length due to demands of production

Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery such as forklifts

Valid Driver’s License

Computer skills - Basic knowledge of the following;
- Creating and managing spreadsheets.
- Using databases.
- Online research.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Managing the bottling line

Managing quality control of finished goods

Filtration and stabilization of spirit blends

Conduct laboratory testing internally to ensure product consistency

Operation and maintenance of the still

Ensure general upkeep, preventative maintenance and cleanliness and sanitation of all production equipment and production floor

Assisting with the upkeep of the property and storage facilities

Maintaining and monitoring inventory of bulk and packaged goods

Keeping both physical and electronic records of production and movement of bulk goods

Maintain organization of storage spaces

Research and development of new products

Team support on occasion - example Hospitality Tasting Room

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
