**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably within the hospitality industry or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
