North Vancouver, Canada Hear at Home Hearing Clinic Full time

Hear at Home Mobile Hearing Clinic Ltd. is an award-winning, independent hearing clinic serving the North Shore and surrounding areas since 2009. We’re in the process of fully customizing Zoho One to manage and streamline our operations. We’re looking for a Zoho expert who can work closely with our team—on-site—to understand how our clinic functions and help us build a customized, user-friendly system that reflects our workflow.
What You’ll Do
- Visit our clinic and observe daily processes to understand our workflow
- Review current software systems and identify areas to improve using Zoho One
- Customize and implement Zoho apps such as CRM, Books, Creator, Projects, Desk, and more
- Set up workflows, automations, and templates tailored to a hearing healthcare setting
- Provide documentation and user training to staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with our web manager and clinic director to ensure smooth integration

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience setting up and customizing Zoho One
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, and automation tools (Deluge scripting is a bonus)
- Ability to work on-site in North Vancouver to fully understand and map processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical staff
- Experience working with healthcare or service-based small businesses is a plus

Contract Details
- Contract position for approx. 3-6 months, with flexible hours based on project milestones
- On-site availability required (at least 1-2 days/week at our clinic)
- Hourly pay range: $50-$80/hour, based on experience and scope
