Conseiller Santé et Sécurité

Relevant du directeur d’usine, le coordonnateur SST a les responsabilités suivantes:

- Favoriser une culture de tolérance zéro dans laquelle la SST est une valeur qui ne peut jamais être compromise,
- Conseiller, influencer, mobiliser, coordonner et guider les équipes dans la réalisation des objectifs SST du site;
- Définir et proposer les stratégies d’implantation du système de gestion SST pour le site, incluant le système AOS, en collaboration avec les équipes et les triades/AOS le cas échéant;
- Participer et diriger activement le comité SST;
- Effectuer le suivi des libérations SST vs mandats livrés.
- Coacher les équipes dans la gestion des RCA;
- Coordonner et supporter le développement des compétences SST via les programmes de formation SST du site;
- Au besoin; donne des formations aux employés sur les « Grands Programmes »
- Diriger les audits SST et les évaluations de maturité du pilier SST/AOS le cas échéant;
- Diriger les Champions et les équipes du site dans l’élaboration des programmes et des outils SST locaux, incluant les outils AOS et les outils de formation;
- Fournir les orientations et l’assistance technique afin d’assurer la mise en place et le suivi des grands programmes SST locaux;
- Agir à titre de coach/support auprès des équipes et des triades/AOS le cas échéant;

Exigences
- Diplôme d’études en hygiène industrielle, génie industriel, certificat universitaire en SST ou tous autres domaines pertinents;
- Connaissances des lois et règlements reliés à la santé et sécurité au travail;
- Posséder d’excellentes habilités de communication et de vulgarisation;
- Posséder d’excellentes capacités de planification, d’organisation et d’adaptation;
- Faire preuve de rigueur, de capacité à mener plusieurs dossiers à la fois;
- Faire preuve d’initiative, d’autonomie, leadership positif/mobilisant et une forte aptitude d’influence et de collaboration.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office,
- Expérience en milieu manufacturier
- Bilinguisme un atout (Anglais/français)
- 3-5 ans expériences en SST
