Advisor Experience Consultant

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Advisor Experience Consultant who will design and execute the end-to-end Advisor Experience impact assessment and stage-gating process that is focused on increasing the quality of initiative delivery/impact while reducing risk associated with introduction of new ways of doing business for advisors.
**What you will do**
- Define and evolve “end-to-end” advisor experience assessment processes, tools/templates, and best practices to improve the quality/impact of strategic initiative delivery
- Embed change management disciplines/best practices and codify learnings from ongoing initiative launches.
- Develop an approach to measuring quality of field/advisor through initiative delivery stages and embed ongoing learning in the ongoing process
- Represent Advisory Network on advisor
- and client-impact initiatives across the organization, ensuring that both senior leader and advisor/field needs, or perspectives are incorporated into initiative design and delivery.
- Complete experience impact assessments for high-priority/high-impact Individual Customer + Advisory Network strategic initiatives, working closely with a very diverse range of business partners to understand impacts to how we do business with advisors. (For example, digital and product developments and change management needs).
- Manage the end-to-end experience stage-gating process of key advisor/field-facing initiatives; Lead the execution of a repeatable experience stage-gating process with a focus on 1) understanding “end-user” experience impacts related to key business initiatives and 2) ensuring that well-defined implementation plans are in place to introduce changes.
- Collaborate with diverse business partners, including Senior Leadership, to execute the experience gating process. Work with business partners/initiative to complete analysis, produce artifacts, etc. as required. Supports the Director in shaping and delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, EVP).
- Where appropriate, present options/recommendations to shape initiative delivery approach in a way that improves ability of advisors/field team to adapt to changes. Taking ownership over incorporating stakeholder feedback and identifying opportunities to strengthen initiative delivery plans and work with initiative leads to ensure action is taken against these items.
- Complete post-implementation reviews to assess the quality of initiative delivery and identify future improvement opportunities or best practices that can be applied elsewhere.
**What you will bring**
- Experience in change management, project management, design thinking, business architecture, journey mapping, and digital experience development and delivery.
- 6+ years in financial services or business management role.
- Education acquired through a university degree or college certification.
- Master’s degree in a related business discipline is an asset.
- PMP designation an asset.
