**Essential Job Functions**:

- Read and Interpret engineer’s drawings.
- Perform dimensional inspection using varying measurement and inspection tools.
- Document and report any non-conformances.
- Create and document accurate inspection reports.
- Maintain workstation and keep up with housekeeping duties

**Qualifications**:

- Should have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License or reliable way to get to work.
- Ability to drive a Forklift and operate an overhead crane an asset.
- Experienced in the use of Overhead Crane is an asset.
- Experience in with inspections, including dimensional verification, review of material test reports (MTR’s), etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas industry considered an asset.
- Schooling or certifications in quality related courses considered an asset. On the job training will be provided as well as additional courses to ensure the success of the individual.
- Ability to efficiently work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- An understanding or familiarity with API - American Petroleum Institute requirements, will be considered an asset.
- Safety Knowledge and Experience, in a manufacturing facility is an asset.
- An understanding of welding and fabrication processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
- Proficient in the use of computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs.

**Schedule**:

- Primary Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 8-hour days.
- Shift start, and end times can be flexible within reason. CARE offers day shift, night shift, and weekend work as required based on shop loading.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
