Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Range: $56.41 to $64.26 per hour

Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

**Customer Focus & Stakeholder Engagement**: Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure customer-centric decisions to achieve business results and deliver high-quality service.

**Requirements Management**: Define, document, and prioritize business requirements, manage scope changes, and collaborate with technology partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.

**Operational Efficiency**: Continuously improve processes, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure operational readiness for successful project delivery.

**Risk & Issue Management**: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring alignment with project benefits and mitigating potential delays.

**Financial Responsibility**: Own cost estimation and budget management, support RFI/RFP processes, and ensure accurate documentation to minimize project changes and costs.

  • Strong Excel experience
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Trade valuations reporting experience
