ICO is a rapidly growing company based in Regina (Pilot Butte) selling luxury bathroom products to a network of dealers across North America. We specialize in heated towel warmers, bathroom accessories, vanity units and sinks, and pride ourselves on giving a world class experience to every customer every time.

We are currently looking for a motivated and professional individual to add to our customer service team. This position includes:

- Order processing and customer support
- Sales team support
- Data entry and other administrative duties

- Proficient with MS office and other necessary systems - SAP experience is a plus
- Can maintain a cool and professional demeanor in order to calm the client and help them with a solution
- Focused and proactive - always going the extra mile for the customer
- Communication skills - able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional and clear manner

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
