**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and roll burritos with attention to detail, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping ingredients and assembling other menu items.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation and handling, with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
