**Job Summary**

- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings.
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in dealership sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and the dealership.
- Previous experience in outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
