**Summary**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of Quality Department and Systems.
- Serve as primary point of contact to our customers.
- Implement and maintain robust Quality Control Systems
- Actively engage in identifying root causes then implement corrective actions.
- Lead/coach a team of members.
- Drive supplier performance.
- Identify and address potential quality concerns before they escalate into problems.
- Work with Engineering and Production Control to track and coordinate engineering changes.
- Tabulate and report monthly quality performance.
- 5 years’ experience in a Quality Role
- Excellent people skills with demonstrated leadership experience
- Exceptional working knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes and materials
- Metal stamping, welding and assembly experience
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Have a valid passport and the ability to travel to for periodic training
- Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a tier one automotive environment

**Education**
- College/University graduate from an Engineering or Quality program.
