**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated schedules.
- Execute cleaning duties in various settings, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning efforts and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain custodial supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
