Individuals must demonstrate dedication to exceptional Customer Service and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by creating a welcoming environment with a memorable and rewarding customer experience.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create a positive and rewarding customer experience
- Greet all customers and answer inquiries about products and services
- Process sales transactions, in person, by phone/text
- Process web orders and assist customers with online chat inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and accounts
- Ensure complete details are captured for customer deliveries
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure the completion of scheduled deliveries
- Assist contractor accounts with project quoting
- Ensure stock inventory available for contractor/customer pickups
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for products in retail space
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate and comply with Rocklands Health and Safety program
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

**Cashier Requirements**:

- High School diploma
- 2 years of administrative experience and/or retail sales experience
- Landscape product knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Disciplined work ethic and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Tickets and Training**
- WHMIS certification

Contract length: 4 months
