Are you a passionate Pilates instructor looking for a flexible, supportive environment to grow your teaching practice? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and certified Pilates professional to join our team at **Poise** — a dynamic studio currently offering Mat Pilates and soon expanding into **Reformer Pilates**.

**Position**: Part-Time Pilates Instructor
**Schedule**: Flexible | 2-20 hours per week
**Pay**: $40-$60/hour (based on class size)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certified in either **Mat** or **Reformer Pilates** (or both)
- Friendly, professional, and eager to build a community through movement
- Reliable and confident leading small group classes
- Open to teaching a mix of class styles and energy levels
