**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs in accordance with the Ontario Early Years Curriculum Framework.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development and maintain accurate records of their growth.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the centre at all times.
- Collaborate with other educators and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development

**Qualifications**
- Up-to-date certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of and experience with the How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years framework is a plus
