Spartan Group is currently looking to add a Skilled Construction Labourer to grow with us as a team member. The position is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (generally physical labour) for the completion of landscape construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Ensure that all installation work is completed within allotted time constraints, under the direction of the supervisor
- Ensure that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to
- Communicate well with other crew members, and the supervisor
- Keep accurate time sheets and paperwork
- Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the landscape/construction industry with flexibility for further training
- Ability to carry out strenuous physical tasks outdoors, and in all weather conditions
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Highly motivated, self
- driven and detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow direction, work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Punctual and reliable

**Compensation**
- Based on experience ($28-40)
- Start Date: Immediately

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
