**Swim/Aquatic Instructors - Richmond Hill**

WD Swim is seeking energetic, dedicated **Swim/Aquatic Instructors** to join our Richmond Hill team. If you’re passionate about swimming, enjoy teaching, and love working with people of all ages, we’d love to hear from you.

**Role Overview**

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you’ll lead safe, engaging, and skill-focused swim programs for participants of all ages and abilities. Your professionalism, enthusiasm, and care will help every swimmer build confidence in the water.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach small group swim lessons (up to 4 students per class)
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment in and around the pool
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and fellow instructors
- Support swimmers in building skills, confidence, and water safety awareness

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for swimming, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Previous swim instruction experience (an asset, not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Required**: Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Aquafit Instructor certification (asset)
- Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Available for evening (Mon-Fri) and/or weekend (Sat-Sun) shifts
- New instructors welcome — full training provided

**Hours & Scheduling**
- Flexible schedule based on your availability
- Part-time: up to 20 hours/week
- Full-time: 20+ hours/week

**Additional Information**
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
