**Job Summary**:
Dynamis Strength Coaching is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Dynamis, you will be responsible for providing personalized, 1-on-1 fitness training and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals in a private, high-end environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any special considerations.
- Develop customized, long-term workout plans based on clients' needs, abilities, and preferences, with a focus on strength training, muscle building, weight loss, and overall health improvement.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, including barbell lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press), and provide guidance on form and safety to prevent injuries.
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to maximize their efforts and ensure they are progressing towards their goals.
- Monitor clients' progress, track their achievements, and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and supplementation, offering dietary recommendations to complement their training.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong rapport with clients, addressing their concerns or questions, and ensuring a personalized training experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Trainer, specifically in 1-on-1 settings, with a proven track record in strength training, muscle building, and weight loss.
- **Certifications**: Personal training certification from a recognized organization. Additional certifications from Kilo Strength, Poliquin Group, Strength Sensei, or Thibarmy are a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and long-term periodized training programs. Familiarity with Charles Poliquin's methods is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in caliper testing, posture optimization, and rehab techniques. Ability to teach and train proper barbell lifts.
- **Language**: Perfectly bilingual in English and French, with a focus on serving an anglophone clientele.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent time management, leadership, and customer service skills. Strong communication abilities to effectively educate and motivate diverse clientele.
