**Workplace**:7001 ch. Mackle, City of Côte Saint-Luc. Parking is free.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, day shift. 38 hours/week.

**Salary**:34.69$/hour, according to the blue-collar collective agreement. You will receive a raise every January.

**Vacation and time off**: After one year you will have, 2 weeks of paid vacation, up to 82.5 hours of sick days, 15 days of paid holidays and up to 5 days of mobile time off.

**Profile required for this position**:

- Own a valid certificate as a carpenter from the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ)
- Class 5 Driver License
- Experience as a carpenter

**Your role at the City**:
As a blue-collar employee, you will make a real difference in providing excellent service to the citizens of the City of Côte Saint-Luc.
- Moves and refinishes partitions, installs and adjusts doors, windows, locks and door handles. Installs or repairs wainscoting, moldings, complaints, cabinets or any other item made of wood or other composites. Installs or repairs door frames whether they are made of wood or steel. Erects scaffolding, erects wood framing required for building repairs, installs roofs and subfloors. Manufactures and assembles wooden forms and molds intended to receive cement and concrete. Makes or repairs chests, tool handles, kiosks, ladders, frames, fences, signs and guards.
- Fabricates and installs shoring panels for cuts. Installs suspended partitions and ceilings made of various materials. Shapes and assembles various pieces of wood.
- Regulates, adjusts, and operates the different woodworking machinery.
- List his workshop equipment and tools inventory.
- Maintains his workspace area clean
- Drives the appropriate vehicle to complete his position.
