Food service establishment Supervisory or Manager Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Specific Skills: Manage and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Essential Skills: Reading text, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking
