Pilates Instructor

**Description**:
We’re hiring a Pilates instructor to lead a dynamic, for both classical & contemporary mat class rooted in contemporary Pilates principles. This class is playful, intuitive, and designed to deepen the mind-body connection. You’ll guide participants through a heated, rhythm-based practice that builds strength, mobility, and awareness. We’re looking for someone who can cue with clarity, offer modifications, and hold space with warmth and presence.

As a trauma-informed studio, we prioritize safety, agency, and nervous system regulation in every class. Our instructors are trained to offer choice, foster consent-based cueing, and create an environment where all bodies feel seen, supported, and free to choose what feels right for them.

Our classes are held in a sensory-rich environment with dim lighting, heart-driven music, and gentle infrared heat designed to soothe the nervous system and nurture the whole self.

**Additional Requirements**
**Pay Rate**: $50 per class

**Requirements**: Instructors must have their own insurance and first aid certification & Mat Pilates certification or Training

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
