We’re hiring **Heavy Equipment Operators** for multiple full-time, permanent positions.

**Who are we looking for?**

Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who are hardworking, dependable, and take pride in delivering top-quality results.

**What will you do?**
- Operate and maintain excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
- Perform rough and final grading, foundation digging, and septic installations.
- Use landscaping equipment, including rototillers, to meet project needs.
- Support year-round operations, including snow and ice removal during winter.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:

- Operating heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.).
- Rough and final grading for landscaping and foundation excavation.
- Septic installation.
- A valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of outdoor work in all seasons.
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professionalism.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required.
- DZ/AZ licenses and clean driving record are considered an advantage.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
