Every disaster is different, our day-to-day operations are never the same.

Here are some of the tasks a **Cleaning/Labourer Technician**performs at _**WINMAR**_:

- Content assessment, packing, listing & moving.
- Detailed cleaning of contents (our customers belongings)
- Cleaning têxtiles and fabrics
- Content manipulation (moving contents for repairs or emergency services)
- Structural cleaning; cleaning walls, doors, ceilings, baseboard, casing, fixtures, floors etc.
- Post construction cleaning
- Content protection & containment
- Extract standing water, Categories 1, 2 & 3
- Removal of wet building materials such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, trims, insulation.
- Structural drying - drying building materials in place
- Setup drying equipment and monitor the drying process.
- Keeping our worksites clean

- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Odor Control Technician (OCT)

- Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST)

Hourly: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift - 8am to 5pm
- On-Call - Rotational

- Cleaning/Labour: 1-2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Valid Driver's License (required)
