**About the role**:
OLIVER is hiring a Multimedia Editor to work with one of our dedicated on-site teams.
This role will include shooting and editing videos for talking head interviews, events and edited pieces for social channels. As a Multimedia Editor, you will work closely with the creative department to create great content that will live on blogs, events, websites, YouTube and other social channels.
**What you will be doing**:
- Create and edit digital content to be used on digital and social channels
- Produce, shoot and edit videos
- Animation and motion design
- Work with a team of creatives on great content to share across websites, events and social media
- Responsible for quality control, presentation and accuracy of all work
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- 5 + years of experience with the successful delivery of multimedia content across a range of platforms and the ability to identify areas to develop multimedia content
- 4+ years of experience shooting editing video, photos shoots are a strong plus
- 4+ years of experience working as a producer, managing project budgets, timelines and resources
- 3+ years of experience in a digital media design background
- Strong attention to detail to ensure personal responsibility for the quality control, presentation and accuracy of all work
- Capability for taking creative briefs from clients and take personal responsibility for quality of output on allocated jobs and liaison with clients where necessary
- Be immersed in digital culture and familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and other editing/graphics/animation software, with a thorough understanding of video capture, editing and distribution of digital video
- The aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively
- Own a rich portfolio of relevant work examples, interview style as well as event coverage
- After affects and photoshop experience required
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment
- Curiosity, creativity, and ambition
- Ability to take a project from concept to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential
- Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations
- Ability to gain respect, trust and confidence of partners and clients
- Self-starter attitude staying in touch with and learning from industry trends and capabilities
