Production Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**
Receive, sort and prep material for assembly as required
Assemble prefabricated parts to form subassemblies
Complete wiring and electrical sub assemblies per assembly drawings
Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to machines
Parts movement/ positioning utilizing cranes, forktruck and manual lifting as required
Inspect assemblies for dimensions, fit and quality of workmanship
Conduct functional tests on finished machines
Prep machines for shipment
Complete inspection documentation
To be successful you will
Report for shift on time
Ensure safe work practices are followed including wearing all proper PPE as required
Follow good housekeeping practices
Ensure proper care is taken of all equipment and tools
Report any shortages or defects to Supervisor
Perform all work in accordance with Health and Safety policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Be able to work occasional overtime as required
Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience in a related position
Possess basic measuring and calculating skills
Possess excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Excellent attention to detail
Forktruck licence or experience an asset, but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
